So much great information! I personally have 400 pounds of wheat in my storage that I figured we'd just have to eat a ton of bread with if the need ever came up. Now I know I can supplement the proteins in my cooking, make easy breakfasts for the kids and even use wheat in things like stir-fry. Suddenly, my supply of #10 cans of wheat are now more than just a way to hold shelves up.
I'm scanning the recipe books she used and will get them out to the Sisters as soon as I get finished.
